Just15 provides you with a downloadable agreement that complies with the ICE Regulations and can be tailored to your own circumstances. For a fee of £245.00 + VAT you can access one of four template agreements depending on whether you wish to establish an employee forum, team briefing, other forms of direct consultation with all employees, or multi-site employee forums.

There is access to an ESG expert via a helpline or email in order to draw up the document, as well as a step-by-step guide if you want to produce the document yourself.

Just15 also provides downloadable model communications for notifying your plans to employees and securing their support, plus briefing notes for handling questions, and an outline training programme for employee representatives. 

Once you have registered and been authorised to access the Just15 portal, you have unlimited access to the template agreements and guidance and to the telephone/e-mail help facility.
